Products sold by Vytal Peptides are laboratory reagents supplied for in vitro research and analytical use by qualified persons.

5. Legal and Regulatory Responsibility

Requirements differ between countries, states, municipalities, and institutions, and they change over time. Certificates of Analysis describe the specific batch tested and are not a warranty of performance in any assay. You are responsible for independently evaluating relevant literature, validating suitability for your work, and establishing your own controls and procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vytal Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to:

  • the purchase, handling, storage, transport, or disposal of any product;
  • any use of a product outside its intended in vitro research context;
  • any administration of a product to a human or animal, which is expressly prohibited;
  • reliance on any information published on this Site; or
  • any breach by a purchaser of applicable law or of our Terms of Sale.
