We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not sell or share the personal information of minors.

If this ever changes, we will update this Policy before the change takes effect and provide the opt-out mechanisms the law requires.

Corporate transactions. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy providing comparable protection.

With your direction. We will disclose information to others where you direct us to do so.

6. Cookies and Tracking

  • Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be disabled.
  • Functional cookies remember your preferences.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how the Site is used.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie banner presented on the Site. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

Global Privacy Control. We honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, transmitted by your browser or extension where applicable law requires.

Do Not Track. Browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for responding to them, we do not currently respond to them.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by asking you to confirm information already associated with your account or orders. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, and may extend once by a further forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.

We will continue to send transactional messages about your orders, which are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active order.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and use of PCI-compliant payment processors.

10. Third-Party Sites
